Recovering baby

Kierra had her surgery last Thursday. All went excellent and she is on her way to recovery.
She even got an epidural during the surgery to numb her for 6 hours after surgery.
She woke up from the Anesthesia super duper grumpy. She was yelling "No" and hitting anyone and anything in sight. She was also ripping off all of her cords that were attached.
Once I brought her home she was so mad that she couldn't feel her legs. She kept trying to get up and walk and would get so upset that she couldn't get up. She also fell off the couch trying to get down from the couch.

Going home from the hospital.
Gotta love Tylenol with codeine

Lyra Girl before we left her with her daddy so we could go party for Sarah's Bachelorette party.

All I can say is what happens at Bachelorette Parties stays at Bachelorette Parties.

We can never catch a break...

So Kierra is having surgery tomorrow. She will have a Fistulatomy to remove the fistula on her bum bum. The worst part is it is not til 1:30 p.m. because they had to squeeze her in and that was the only time they could do it. So that means no food all day tomorrow.
Dr. McCarthy thinks that she didn't get the whole thing last time so she will be more aggressive this time.
The medical bills just keep piling up and we just can't catch a break.
I had to call the Cardiologist and let them know about surgery. I guess they like to know so if they want to do a echo cardiogram while she is sedated. They said she didn't need one but they do want her blood pressures checked.
On another note last night was Jackson's Bryant Preschool Graduation. I didn't get very good pictures the room was packed and the lighting sucked.
He sang and is so excited to move on to Kindergarten.

Weekend in Pictures

First off sis is sick :( She has had a fever all weekend. It started Thursday. I took her in to urgent care and she said she couldn't see anything so we will treat it as though it is an ear infection and gave her Amoxicillin. I was certainly not OK with that answer and took her to a Pediatrician Friday. He did blood tests, Strep culture, and checked her urine. All was fine so he said it is probably a virus so take her off antibiotics.
Well today her abscess is back on her bum bum :( Soooo tomorrow I will call the surgeon and see what she wants to do.
Saturday we attempted to take 4 ADHD people (myself, Johanna, Jackson, and Kierra) to a horse show Johanna won tickets for. Well we lasted for half of the show.
Kierra was afraid of these metal statues by the arena. She would say "Hi" and wave to them but the second she was close to them she would flip out.
As you can see Jackson was excited for the food.

Kierra went and got her hair stuff and was pretending to do Skyler's hair.

Huge weekend full of soccer. It was the Spring Classic Tournament.

Coach talking to the kids.

Coach with the kids. I think he looks like Randy Owens from the Oak ridge Boys ( I think that's his name).

Skyler is a starter. He plays forward and mid field. They call him Happy Feet because he has tricky foot work when he plays.

Skyler at one of his games.

And last but not least I got a new cute hair style. I know I don't look happy but I do like my new hair cut.

Wow is all I can say...

Okay this is my special son. He can't take a normal picture anymore so I gave up and told him I will show these embarrassing pictures to his girlfriend someday.
Well we have been consumed by Soccer. We live soccer now. Practices and Scrimmages everyday!!! Skyler is having fun though and I guess that is what truly matters.
This is my other special son. Wacky went to his Kindergarten Round up today and had soooooo much fun. I think he was the only kid there that was excited, everyone else was crying.
Wonderful Teacher though!!!
I think I shed a tear knowing my wacky is going to be in Kindergarten. I was getting emotional when we were in the parent meeting and all I could think is why am I the only parent here that is a wreck. Maybe they all just hid it well. Such a huge step.

And I can't have a normal child are you serious. This is my special daughter.

She LOVES to sneak the liquorice. Doesn't she look so sly? Never would have known :)

Now this is the best!!! Check out the shirt she is wearing ( don't look at her hair though).
It has a picture of Kenny Chesney and says I love Kenny Chesney just like my Mommy. Isn't it GREAT? My friend Jennie gave it to me today at work. I almost cried and peed my pants. She said she saw it on the Internet and had to get it. Thank You Jennie!!!

So this morning was so not Cool!!! When I went to go to work I noticed my van was broken into. They stole stupid stuff like a huge bag of the kids clothes, Skyler's backpack, all the change in my ash tray, mail key and garage door key. They tried to get the CD player out but were unsuccessful. JERKS!!! I so hate that!!! Oh well it's just material stuff, but come on people grow up.
